Orbital physics of polar Fermi molecules    [PDF]

We study Fermi-Hubbard model for spinless dipolar fermions. We show that
multi-band description is necessary to study such systems. By taking into
account both on-site as well as long-range interactions between different
bands, and occupation-dependent inter- and intra-band tunneling, we predict
appearance of novel phases in the strongly-interacting limit.
